Butter Branding Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides branding and marketing services, including but not limited to logo design, brand strategy, and related marketing assets. All designs created by the Company are original works and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. The Company retains rights to use the designs for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the designs solely for their intended business purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Company’s designs is strictly prohibited. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Company’s services or designs. Disputes arising from the use of the Company’s services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
